Tell me what is not working, in your own words. A short phone call is usually enough to get started.

Your home, a library, or another place that is comfortable for you.

We work through it together
I show you each step on your own device and write down what we changed so you have it later.
If a message feels off
Most of my work is setting up devices and fixing problems. Safety comes up too, and a few rules cover most of it.
- A message that rushes you is a warning sign. Slow down before you reply or pay.
- Do not call the number in the message. Use the number on your card or statement.
- Ask someone before you click a link, install something, or send money.
